Signature EQ is a professional 6-band parametric equalizer designed as an AUv3 audio unit extension for iPhone and iPad. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles user data.

Signature EQ processes audio locally on your device. As an AUv3 plugin, all audio is passed to it directly by the host application and processed entirely on-device. Audio data is never uploaded to any server.
Signature EQ may save EQ settings and presets locally on the device. These files are used only to provide the expected plugin functionality and remain on the user's device unless explicitly exported or shared using iOS features.
Signature EQ does not include third-party advertising systems and does not transmit personal data to third-party analytics services.
Signature EQ is not designed to collect information from children. Since the app does not collect personal data, no personal information from children is knowingly collected.
